Abstract

The authors have created a single complex - scheme of vibration training for the treatment of neurological manifestations of osteochondrosis in the lumbar spine region , consisting of a warm-up, basic and final stages. The complex consists of 13 exercises that may be combined individually, according to the disease severity and the general patient’s state.
