Abstract: However, crucial to the success of both the theoretical knowledge and to develop practical diagnostic procedures have a holistic perception of genomic determinants on the one hand and their implementation in the metabolism of a living organism. After reviewing the literature, we concluded that there are at least two types of biochemical mediated genetic predisposition to chemical addiction. The first type is associated with the failure of the neurochemical basis of positive behavioral stimulus that leads to the experience of "reward" when taking psychoactive substance that increases the incentive. The second type is associated with the removal on neurochemical level of negative motivational stimulus occurs in response to an excess of a psychoactive substance that leads to the possibility of the use of large doses.
