| Abstract: | In patients with chronic generalized periodontitis complex besides the conventional treatment (removal of dental plaque, orthodontic and orthopedic measures) to stabilize the disease process is necessary to use a vacuum-ultraviolet irradiation therapy. Turning it into a complex of therapeutic measures possible to eliminate the use of local medicinal anti-inflammatory therapy, reduce the time of the preparatory phase of 6.9 days, get a good therapeutic results in the near term observation in 93.8% of patients in long-term follow at 96.9% . |
