| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of strategic communication in the context of quality culture development in higher education institution.
A literature review is based on the quality management and strategic communication
literature as a guiding framework. The review shows that strategic communication,
defined through its main components, supports quality culture development in higher
education institutions. |
