| Abstract: | Установлена зависимость между параметрами топографических дефектов поверхности полупроводниковых пластин и интенсивностью их изображения на топограммах. Предложены критерии и разработана методика количественной оценки топографических несовершенств поверхности, позволяющая проводить быструю сортировку полупроводниковых пластин по группам качества. Показано, что использование метода цветового деления позволяет значительно упростить процесс контроля и повысить его информативность. |
| Alternative abstract: | The dependence between parameters of topographical surface imperfections of semiconducting slices and intensity of their image on topograms is established. The criterions are offered and the technique of a quantitative evaluation of topographical imperfections of a surface permitting to conduct quick sort of semiconducting slices on groups of quality is developed. It is shown that the use of the method of colour division allows to simplify considerably the process of control and to increase its Informativity. |
