| Alternative abstract: | Sort of activity of the military officer is administrative one. Experience shows, that use of business game in the course of preparation of the future officers is an effective method of formation of the qualities necessary for the further professional work. Participants of business game, having spent some its cycles (periods), get skills of confident behavior in difficult conditions, develop accuracy and attention at performance of the business, have an opportunity faster to perceive and analyze results of activity. It is necessary for the teachers participating in process of preparation of officer to know the basic concepts, methodology and an order of construction of business games and widely to apply them in the course of training. |
