dc.description.abstractNitrogen and ruthenium co-doped titania films synthesized by sol–gel technique exhibit high photocatalytic activity under both UV and visible light. Incorporation of nitrogen and ruthenium ions in titania lattice is proven by XPS. Both doping agents affected the structural properties of the films.ru_RU
