| Abstract: | Modern period of progress of society can be described by strong influence of computer
technologies, which can be found in all spheres of human activities and provide spread of information flow in
society, forming global information space. One of these spheres is education. Experts on strategic issues are
calling distance education as educational system of 21 century. |
