S diagnosis is based on clinical-electroneuromyographic criteria. The aim of the work was to study the motor, sensory, autonomic and cognitive functions in patients with ALS for complex neurophysiological pattern of this pathology. 54 patients with ALS were studied. Complex neurophysiological examination revealed additional involvement in the pathological process of sympathetic innervation in the advanced stages of ALS. There were also marked signs of decreasing level of attention disorders processes of differentiation, in a less degree - memory. Availability and informative comprehensive multimodal neurophysiological examination allows to assess the severity of disease at the stage of early diagnostics and further dynamic observation of patients.ru_RU
