Главным недостатком современных рейтинговых систем является их статичность. Это свойство не позволяет эффективно отслеживать изменения оцениваемых параметров, что, в итоге, затрудняет эффективное управление. local.description.annotationIn the article the dynamic a rating system is described. The system is introduced in management The Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The main lack of modern rating systems is their static character. This property does not allow tracing change of estimated parameters effectively. That, finally, complicates efficient control. It is offered to raise efficiency and reliability of management at the expense of introduction of dynamic rating systems.-
