The aim of the work was study the characteristics of regional microhemodynamics (MHD) in the face and the assessment of complex treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia (TN). 27 patients were included in the study. They were divided into the main group - the group of differentiated high-frequency rhizotomy + basic therapy + intravenous laser irradiation of blood (ILIB) + GAMK-ergic drug Phenibut. The control group was differentiated high-frequency rhizotomy + basic therapy. The clinical status and parameters of skin microhemodynamics using non-invasive speckle-optical methods were studied at the beginning of hospitalization and in the end of the course treatment. In both groups, there has been significant regression of pain syndrome. Appointment of ILIB and Phenibut to patients with TN contributed to the normalization of MHD in the skin.ru_RU
