Spectral analysis that is a widely used method for studying big data arrays was used to analyze AFM images of biological cells such as epithelial cells line A549 (cancerous cells) and fibroblasts. Each AFM image with the resolution of 256256 pixels was divided into 256 sections (scanning line) and for each section the periodogram was calculated. Using the obtained set of periodograms three dimensional map of spectral density estimations was formed and studied. Distinctive features of the three dimensional map of spectral density estimations for AFM images of the studied biological cells have been analyzed depending on scanning modes and temperature.ru_RU
