| dc.description.abstract | Установлена зависимость между параметрами топографических дефектов поверхности полупроводниковых пластин и интенсивностью их изображения на топограммах. Предложены
критерии и разработана методика количественной оценки топографических несовершенств
поверхности, позволяющая проводить быструю сортировку полупроводниковых пластин по
группам качества. Показано, что использование метода цветового деления позволяет значительно упростить процесс контроля и повысить его информативность. | ru_RU |
