The evolution of the neutrino flux traveling through dense matter and vortex inhomogeneous intensive magnetic field is investigated. As the examples of the intensive magnetic field the magnetic felds of the collapsar jets and the coupled sunspots being the sources of the solar flares are considered. It is assumed that the neutrinos possess the following electromagnetic characteristics: neutrino charge radii, the dipole magnetic and anapole moments.ru_RU
