dc.description.abstract | The successful distribution of knowledge to PC universities is checked by feedback from enterprises and
young researchers as well as by an evaluation of collaboration and mobility between universities and enterprises from
Ukraine, Belarus and EU. Whereas the former is measured by feedback surveys of enterprises and young researchers
throughout the project, the latter will be measured with regular surveys about the collaboration and mobility between
enterprises, teachers and young researchers. In this case collaboration covers joint articles, bilateral contacts, conferences,
participation in current and future research projects. Mobility includes travelling with lecturers, seminars, meetings, training
