dc.description.abstract | The article provides algorithms for real-time face detection and recognition in complex backgrounds. A neural network based solution combined with image processing is used in classifying the universal emotions: happiness, sadness, anger, disgust, surprise and fear. The article proposes a prototype system EmotionlQ which automatically recognies the emotion represented on a face. The main stages of emotion recognition such as face detection, feature extraction and emotion classification are considered. | en_US |
