| dc.description.abstract | Целью работы выступает научное исследование конституционной обязанности защиты Республики Беларусь в контексте ее основополагающего элемента – воинского учета граждан. Научная новизна работы обусловлена комплексным правовым исследованием общественных отношений, связанных
с воинским учетом граждан, и разработкой правового подинститута воинского учета, входящего
в сложный конституционно-правовой институт вооруженной защиты Республики Беларусь. В основной части дано развернутое объяснение заявленной темы, предложена авторская классификация правоотношений в сфере воинского учета. Теоретически обоснована связь воинского учета с конституционной обязанностью защиты Республики Беларусь. В заключении представлены обоснованные предложения по совершенствованию законодательства в сфере воинского учета, сформулированы теоретические выводы, направленные на формирование конституционно-правового института защиты Республики Беларусь. | en_US |

| local.description.annotation | The aim of the work is a scientific study of the constitutional obligation to protect the Republic of Belarus
in the context of its fundamental element, military registration of citizens. The scientific novelty of the work is
due to a comprehensive legal study of social relations related to the military registration of citizens, and the development
of a legal sub-institution of military registration, which is part of the complex constitutional and legal
institution of armed defense of the Republic of Belarus. In the main part, a detailed study of the declared topic is
given, the author’s classification of legal relations in the field of military registration is proposed. The connection
between military registration and the constitutional obligation to protect the Republic of Belarus is theoretically
substantiated. In conclusion, the author presents substantiated proposals for improving the legislation in
the field of military registration, formulated theoretical conclusions aimed at the formation of a constitutional
and legal institution for the protection of the Republic of Belarus. | en_US |
