| dc.description.abstract | This paper examines the problem in the selection of IT staff caused by the use of artificial intelligence by candidates during online interviews and when performing test tasks. The article analyzes a situation when a person looks like an expert at the hiring stage, but without the help of neural networks he cannot cope with basic tasks.
