local.description.annotationthis paper addresses the development of a hardware-software platform for diagnostic implantable sensors (DIS). A prototype continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system based on an optical method is described. A block diagram of the system—comprising an implantable sensor, a transmitter, and a mobile application—is presented. The architecture of the DIS platform, which utilizes RFID/NFC technologies, energy harvesting, and ultra-low-power VLSI circuits, is examined in detail. The sensor's operating principles are outlined, including the charging, measurement, and data transmission cycles, as well as the sensing element based on an indicator gel. The choice of components (STMicroelectronics) is justified, and the advantages of the developed platform are highlighted: compact dimensions, battery-free operation, support for the ISO/IEC 15693 protocol, and self-diagnostic modes. These features enable the platform to be used in the creation of a wide range of intelligent implantable medical devices.en_US
