The paper describes the results of modeling the structural properties of gallium oxide allotropic forms (α, β, γ, δ, ε/κ) using the VASP software package. The simulations were performed applying PBE (with dispersion correction) and LDA functionals. A comparative analysis of the calculated data with experimental results was conducted. It has been established that the thermodynamic stability of Ga2O3 polymorphs has no direct correlation with the macroscopic packing density.en_US
