Abstract: В настоящее время наблюдается рост корпоративной социальной ответственности (КСО) в торговом бизнесе. Статья представляет оценку восприятия клиентами социальной ответственности и содержит рекомендации для торговых подразделений бизнеса по реализации концепции КСО.
Alternative abstract: There is the growth of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the modern trade business. The article is aimed at assessing the customer’s perception of social responsibility of trade business and development of recommendations to trade business units on implementation of the CSR concept.
