| Abstract: | The purpose of this project is the development and organization of multifunctional open network environment for students of IT-specialties and the creation of e-learning as a tool of the modules available a certain range of users in gaining knowledge. The most important factors in ensuring the effectiveness of the tool modules are available to the authors of e-learning and students the opportunity to work without restrictions on their territorial and temporal distance. |
