Abstract: The paper explores the question of the terminal state control of fuzzy dynamical systems, characterized by classical fuzzy relations. On the basis of modern methods of the dynam- ical systems general theory asymptotic properties of solutions for obtained functional equation are studied. The problem of existence and construction of suboptimal autonomous control law with feed-back has been studied.
