| Abstract: | Рассмотрен алгоритм осуществления закупочной политики предприятия, определены основные этапы установления долговременного взаимовыгодного сотрудничества поставщика и покупателя. Рассмотрен выбор источника поставок с использованием метода аналитической иерархической процедуры. Осуществлено прогнозирование рейтинга поставщика на основе методологии Бокса-Дженкинса. |
| Alternative abstract: | The realization of algorithm of the enterprise purchasing policy is described. The article gives defines the main stage of establishing the long-term cooperation between a supplier and a customer. It analyzes the way of choosing the supplier by the example of the method of analytical hierarchical procedure. The article also describes the rating prediction of a supplier on the basis of Box-Jenkins methodology. |
