| Abstract: | Представлен метод принятия решений на базе матрицы выигрышей "условия-альтернативы" большой размерности. Описаны алгоритмы расчета выигрышей с помощью обобщенных оценок неоднородных векторов частных показателей на основании шкалы Харрингтона, а также приведен способ определения весов частных показателей. |
| Alternative abstract: | The method of decision-making, based on a matrix of winnings "conditions - an alternative" of large dimension. The algorithm calculate the gains by using the generalized evaluations of inhomogeneous vectors of individual parameters on the basis of the scale of Harrington, and also provides a method of determining the weights of individual parameters. |
