| Abstract: | Ways of increasing communication skills are discussed by the means of direct development of the subject of communication. Ethical and psychological problems of communication are touched on in the reflective side of communication. Theoretical construct is in the requirement to overcome the obstacles of personal growth, providing the program of self-realization through the growth of communicative competence. |
