Modern computer capable of providing telecommunications transmission knowledge and access to a variety of educational information along and sometimes is much more effective than traditional learning tools. Experiments confirmed that the quality and structure of the training courses, as well as the quality of teaching in distance learning is often much better than traditional forms of learning.
