| Abstract: | This article discusses the problem of accessibility of public services for people with special needs. The article describes the main characteristics of the availability of public services. The results of a study of state websites for the consideration of the qualities of persons with special needs are presented. Recommendations are offered on increasing the accessibility of public services for people with special needs. |
