Abstract

Currently, Belarus continues to implement measures aimed at the development and widespread use of information and communication technologies in state and local government, industry, healthcare, culture, science and education, the social sphere, etc. At the forefront is the task of forming an “electronic government” that ensures the work of state bodies and organizations on-line. Activities aimed at its creation involve the introduction of modern ICT into the work of the state apparatus and an interactive dialogue between state bodies and local governments with the population; real-time access to power for all entities: government - to government; government to business; government to citizens; de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus and cost reduction for its maintenance.
