| Abstract: | Massive open online courses provide training opportunities for a wide range of people, erasing the boundaries of formal academic restrictions on admission, individualizing the learning environment via the Internet. The increase in their number with content in different languages is dictated by the conditions for the development of the world community and, accordingly, the main trends in the development of world education: globalization, digitalization and individualization of education. The use of such experience in national higher education will allow its effective development. |
