| Abstract: | The article analyzes objective reasons and necessity of improving the human capital quality by increasing its educational level in transition to a knowledge-driven economy and an innovative development model. Special attention is paid to the existing problems in the higher education system, improvement teaching and learning processes of professional training of specialists, their susceptibility to innovations, abilities to convert knowledge into a factor of economic progress. |
