| Abstract: | The subject of study of this thesis is the professional orientation as a personality trait. The object of research is professional orientation as a personality trait. The study, the main factors influencing the formation of professional orientation of personality in the process of training of young specialists are the following. One of the most important conditions for eliminating potential threats from the outside is the creation of a national system for the training of military personnel, which would meet not only the challenges of the time, but also the real capabilities of each state. |
