| Abstract: | Развитие электронной (цифровой) экономики приводит к необходимости стратегического целеполагания на уровне не только отдельных корпораций, но и на уровне государств и регионов. Высокие скорости внедрения технических новшеств, составляющих производственный базис электронной экономики, иногда приводят к ситуации отставания развития институтов и стратегий, составляющих управленческий базис электронной экономики. В статье приводится одна из методик, на основании которой можно оценивать состояние среды формирования электронной экономики и осуществлять стратегическое целеполагание. |
| Alternative abstract: | The development of the electronic (digital) economics leads to the need for strategic goal-setting at the level not only of individual corporations, but also at the level of states and regions. High rates of introduction of technical innovations that make up the production basis of the electronic economics sometimes leads to a situation of lagging development of institutions and strategies that make up the management basis of the electronic economics. The article provides one of the methods on the basis of which it is possible to assess the state of the environment of the formation of the electronic economics and to carry out strategic goal-setting. |
