| Abstract: | Рассмотрен уникальный принцип кодирования информации, ранее неизвестный в кибернетике. Уникальность принципа заключается в использовании топологического кода запоминания информации на материальном носителе, позволяющем свести до минимума возможность материального носителя вмешиваться в код. |
| Alternative abstract: | An exception is the application of the principle of encoding information, previously unknown in cybernetics. A unique possibility of a solution in the collection of a topological code for storing information on a material carrier, which makes it possible to minimize the possibility of a material carrier to interfere with the code. This code allows a person to obtain a psychological metric of similarity and difference in colors, shapes, tastes and sound form of cognitive signals. The only difference between this code and the one in the computer. The digital code of a computer that is supposed to be proven to have these abilities. |
