Cs films of polyimide as substrates with a thickness of 200 micrometers obtained by magnetron sputtering at small (30 and 90s) and large (of the order of tenths minutes and) deposition times were studied. In addition, the structure and properties of the polyimide substrate were studied for reference. Methods of X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), absorption and transmission of light in the visible and IR ranges, as well as Raman spectroscopy were used to study the structure. Electrical resistance and current-voltage characteristics (IVs) were studied in the temperature range from 50 to 300 K.ru_RU
