| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассматриваются подходы к оценке уровня защиты национальных интересов в экономической сфере в условиях развития глобальной цифровизации. Устанавливается, что уровень защиты национальных интересов в экономической сфере зависит от комплекса актуальных правовых решений,
соответствующих институциональных основ, выполнению целевых показателей государственных программ, а также от предпринимаемых мер по повышению позиции республики в международных рейтингах. На основе анализа международного опыта предлагается разработать и внедрить рейтинговую оценку цифровой трансформации государственных органов и иных организаций. С помощью индексов, применительно государственных органов и организаций и методик, предлагается оценивать место республики в мировых процессах цифровой трансформации. Вносятся предложения о дальнейшей корректировки Концепции национальной безопасности Республики Беларусь. | ru_RU |

| local.description.annotation | The article discusses approaches to assessing the level of protection of national interests in the economic sphere in the context of the development of global digitalization. It is established that the level of protection of national interests in the economic sphere depends on a set of relevant legal decisions, relevant institutional frameworks, the implementation of target indicators of state programs, as well as on measures taken to improve the position of the republic in international rankings. Based on the analysis of international experience, it is proposed to develop and implement a rating assessment of the digital transformation of state bodies and other organizations. With the help of indexes applied by state bodies and organizations and methods, it is proposed to assess the place of the republic in the global processes of digital transformation. Proposals are being made on further adjustments to the National Security Concept of the Republic of Belarus. | - |
