| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассматриваются особенности малого инновационного предпринимательства как интеллектуального посредника между наукой и производством; представлены тенденции развития малого инновационного предпринимательства в Республике Беларусь, а также тенденции развития инноваций во всем мире. Обозначены механизмы государственного стимулирования инновационной деятельности. Представлена специфика создания и функционирования технологических парков в Республике Беларусь.
