dc.description.abstractThis paper considers a current applied problem related to the construction of decision support systems for critical computing services. An original approach based on neural network forecasting is proposed, within which a method of dynamic local approximation using neural network models (DLANN) has been developed. The scheme and architecture of the control system have been designed and implemented. Experiments have been conducted, confirming the effectiveness of the method and the overall approach.en_US
