| Abstract: | The university is a poorly studied organization from the point of view of theoretical and practical management. Currently, there are no scientifically based and empirically tested management standards and methods in Belarusian as well as Chinese universities. At the same time, the existing theories and methods of organization' management are not applicable in everything. The aim of this paper is to reveal the features of management in Chinese universities. |
