| Abstract: | Для оценки эффективности использования радиочастотного спектра (РЧС) выделены ее составляющие: техническая, экономическая и социальная. Для автоматизации расчета эффективности РЧС предложено использование программы многоагентной системы (МАС). Поскольку техническая составляющая использования РЧС зависит от действующих станций мобильной связи, необходимо динамически отслеживать эти изменения и учитывать в расчетах оценки. С этой целью разработана структура моделирующего центра управления для оценки эффективностью РЧС, приведено описание ее состава, технических характеристик и работы. Рассматриваются особенности программного обеспечения моделирующего центра управления. |
| Alternative abstract: | To assess the effectiveness of using the radio frequency spectrum (RFS), its components are highlighted: technical, economic and social. The use of a multi-agent system (MAS) program is proposed to automate the calculation of the efficiency of the RFS. Since the technical component of using a PPP depends on the operating mobile communication stations, it is necessary to dynamically monitor these changes and take into account the estimates in the calculations. For this purpose, the structure of the modeling control center for evaluating the effectiveness of the RF is developed, and its composition, technical characteristics, and operation are described. The features of the software of the modeling control center are considered. |
