| dc.description.abstract | В статье рассмотрено понятие национального технологического превосходства, а также представлены методологические основы концепции его достижения для стран Союзного государства. Выделены ключевые задачи, стоящие
перед экономиками России и Беларуси в условиях нарастающего санкционного давления. Приведена авторская классификация рисков достижения
национального технологического превосходства, предложен алгоритм перехода к процессам опережающего производства с описанием соответствующих этапов. Рассмотрены элементы методического обеспечения достижения
национального технологического превосходства; при этом акцент сделан
на микроуровне. Впервые представлена авторская модель оптимизации инвестирования в создание и производство радикально новой продукции. Рассмотрен конкретный пример практического приложения указанной модели
для обоснования принятия управленческого решения и оценки ожидаемого
экономического эффекта от внедрения инноваций. | en_US |

| local.description.annotation | The article examines the concept of national technological superiority and
presents the methodological foundations of the concept of its achievement for
the countries of the Union State. The key tasks for the economies of Russia and
Belarus in the context of growing sanctions pressure are highlighted. The authors'
classification of the risks of achieving national technological superiority is given;
an algorithm of transition to advanced production processes with a description of
the corresponding stages is proposed. The elements of methodological support for
achieving national technological superiority with the emphasis on the microlevel
are considered. For the first time, the authors' model of investment optimization
in the creation and production of radically new products is presented. A concrete
example of the practical application of this model to justify the adoption of
a management decision and to assess the expected economic impact of the
introduction of innovations is considered. | en_US |
