| Abstract: | This paper investigates the global regulatory response to AI-generated content risks targeting minors in 2026. By reviewing recent regulatory actions, parliamentary documents, and empirical data from 2025-2026, the paper provides insights for policymakers, technology companies, and researchers on safeguarding minors in an increasingly AI-mediated online environment. |
