Формирование военно-профессиональной мотивации курсантов на этапе адаптации к обучению на военном факультете

Abstract

The article analyzes the pedagogical problem of developing military-professional motivation among first-year cadets during their primary adaptation to training at a military faculty of a civilian university. The specific features of the binary social sta tus of cadets are identified. The paper reveals four distinct stages of adaptation, systematizes key factors of motivational crises, and proposes an applied rating assessment methodology based on academic, disciplinary, duty, and physical indicators. A comprehensive set of military-pedagogical conditions aimed at ensuring professional retention and sustainable service orientation is substantiated.
