| Abstract: | This article explores the transformation of military training through the lens of modern virtual simulation technolo gies. The authors categorize the development of these systems into four main vectors: total immersion via VR/AR, the creation of distributed network-centric training environments, the integration of AI-driven adaptive scenarios, and the democratization of tech nology through the use of affordable commercial hardware. The study provides a comprehensive overview of how virtual simulators are evolving from niche tools into complex, intelligent training ecosystems for modern armed forces. |
