Совершенствование качества подготовки военных специалистов связи в условиях цифровой трансформации систем военной связи

Abstract

The paper examines the quality of training military communications specialists at a technical university's military fac ulty amid the digitalization of signal troops. Contradictions between the pace of equipment renewal and the content, facilities, staff ing, and assessment system of education are identified. Directions for improvement are proposed: modular curricula, SDR-based training simulators, practice-oriented instruction, integration of military and civilian education, and monitoring graduate training quality through systematic feedback from the troops.
