| Abstract: | Reaction of blood and reproductive systems of male rats after non-thermal exposure to radiation of a mobile phone (1800 MHz, 8 hours/day) for 7, 14 and 30 days was studied. It was established that the total number of leucocytes in the blood of irradiated animals did not change, but there were significant deviations of individual leukocyte elements greater for the number of monocytes. Depending on the duration of action observed increase or decrease of thyroxin in serum. Condition of the reproductive system of males characterized by marked changes in the relative weight of the testes and epididymis, disproportion of cellular composition of spermatogenic cells in the tissue of the testis, epididymal sperm numbers increase and a decrease of its viability. |
