Баланс про-, антиоксидантной системы крови при различных формах бокового амиотрофического склероза

Abstract

It was investigated the indicators of secondary products of lipid peroxidation and the activity of some antioxidant enzymes in the blood of patients with different forms of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). It was revealed the dysbalance in the blood pro-, antioxidant system at various forms of ALS. It was found a significant decreasing of SOD activity in the most "malignant" bulbar form of ALS, which leading to further damage in motoneurons and rapid progressive of neurodegenerative changes.
