| Abstract: | A new course of the lectures “Physical bases of the data record and storage” is given to postgraduate students at the Physics Department of BSUIR. Therefore, it is necessary to remind to postgraduates the basic laws of electricity and magnetism, especially, the description of electrical and magnetic fields in the matter. This problem is solved due to analysis of the consequences, which follow from the Maxwell equations. |
