Abstract

Distance learners are usually separated from lecturer by the distance and time, therefore they have to gain knowledge without being in regular face-to-face contact with a lecturer. Distance learning should be formed on teaching materials of new generation that can be easily accessed by student, educational plans allowing to choose study pace and complexity, communication technologies that provide contact with lecturer at any time.
