Abstract

The success of distance education depends on a large degree off good planning and arbitrator thinking to build a successful project which is based on a clear vision and good approach and appropriate technical and beneficial content and thus realized the goals, that should be accurately identified, and that contributes to distance education in solving the problems of exclusion from traditional education and the fight against the deterioration of quality in the traditional education through multi-channel education.
